Lunch (Above): Egg White Egg salad on Multigrain bread, a plum, and 1/2 fat free Chocolate Crunchy from Whole foods, with my Cookie Monster water bottle
Snack: 1 Slice of Pumpkin Bread
Dinner: 4 Mini Veggie Hot dogs, 1/2 baked potato
Dessert: 1 Serving of Homemade Ice Cream
