So today I decided to start a four week eating challenge! I will be challenging myself to eat no unhealthy foods from September 4- October 4! I think I’m going to give myself Friday dinners as a cheat meal each week because that is normally when I am out with friends and there aren’t many option available, but besides that it’s healthy all the time! I’m not going to challenge myself to exercising because with volleyball, I am already doing at least 2 hours of exercise five, if not more, times a week! Everyday I’m going to be posting my meals and exercise on my tumblr so I can track my progress! On another note, I’m so excited for fall it’s crazy! I love all the leaves and the nice smell and wearing comfy sweaters and all the pumpkins and Bath and Body Works candles… so good! Talk to you all tomorrow:)
Breakfast: Two blueberry pancakes
Snack: Blackberries
Lunch: Whole wheat linguini
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Cranberry Walnut Salad with Pears and a handful of french fries(whoops haha)
Overall it was a pretty good day!
