Snack: Tall (small) Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Apple on a FlatOut
Snack: Bunch of Nuts and a Plum
Dinner: Salad with Mandarins, Spinach Leaves, Pecans, and Crasins and Whole Wheat Pasta with grilled Onions and Cherry Tomatoes in Olive Oil
Snack: Hummus and Pita
